Production - Your video production company should assign qualified experienced crew members to assist in the actual recording of all the materials outlined in the video and audio portions of the script. The crew members should have a demonstrated track record of working together as a team and also working on projects similar to yours.

You’ll want to make sure that the material is recorded using the best material available. Currently, High definition 1080p is the best quality available. You’ll want to ensure that all of your material is shot in this format to ensure the best quality and compatibility for future use.

Other considerations will be the type and style of microphone to record clear audio, as well as lighting considerations to provide sharp pictures.

     

Additional equipment such as dollies, cranes, and teleprompters will be suggested, if they are called for in the script. Specialized equipment such as steadicams and periscope cameras may also be required, depending on your shooting needs.
